All paved neighborhood with a lot of very mature trees, great views of the Rainy River and Johnson Creek. Wheelers Point public boat access - 3 miles Beltrami State Forest - 15. Miles Zipple Bay State Park - 10 miles Shopping in Baudette - 10 miles Warroad - 8 miles
Guest Access
We have ample parking for at least two boats and trucks in the main driveway. Our personal cabin is next door and if more is needed, let me know. I have a large shop on this property that is not included in this rental.

Walking around the neighborhood is popular activity with all the local residents and other resort guests. With the Oak Harbor Golf Course just a 100 yards away and beautiful Rainy River, you will be looking at Canada on most of your walk.
