All paved neighborhood with a lot of very mature trees, great views of the Rainy River and Johnson Creek. Wheelers Point public boat access - 3 miles Beltrami State Forest - 15. Miles Zipple Bay State Park - 10 miles Shopping in Baudette - 10 miles Warroad - 8 miles

Guest Access

We have ample parking for at least two boats and trucks in the main driveway. Our personal cabin is next door and if more is needed, let me know. I have a large shop on this property that is not included in this rental.

Had an amazing stay at Tracy’s. Plenty of space inside to play cards and comfortably sleep 6 people. Super responsive host that was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend right by the water. Thanks again!

Upon arrival everything was spotless! Tracy introduced himself to us and was extremely friendly; but also gave us our “privacy” at the same time. He even allowed us to use his dock for fishing/boating needs. The home was super clean and tidy. We had a blast and will be coming again!

Perfect place for the family to stay on our ice fishing trip. We definitely overpacked, because the house provided pretty much all the things we packed aside from food. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner was responsive, helpful, and very nice. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This is a very nice place and is better than the pictures show. Very clean and well kept. Perfect location for our winter ice fishing trip to Lake of the Woods. Tracy was very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Tracy was awesome to work with, even stopped in to say hi one afternoon while we were there. The house was clean and very nice. Tracy brought firewood over for our campfire while we were out fishing and always responded to my text as soon as he could. Will definitely consider staying here again! Sandy

Oak harbor home was the perfect place for my mom and I. We travelled up to Hockey Day MN and Tracy’s excellent communication made the process and stay incredibly easy. The home was pristinely clean and had everything you could have needed and more for a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt incredibly safe. Would definitely love to return!

Tracy was spot on with all of his descriptions, and very helpful in every way. Any questions we had we had answers and or suggestions back to us immediately. The house was very clean and organized with a great outdoor facility to clean up catch of the day. Our next trip to LOTW's we will definitely book again with Tracy if available :)
